first time visiting redi dispensary in newton and i already know i’ll be back!from the moment i walked in, the entire experience was amazing. nolan at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly, which immediately made me feel comfortable as a first-time customer. the whole setup of the dispensary is adorable. it has such a cozy, fun, stoner-friendly vibe without feeling overwhelming.jace was my budtender and absolutely made my day. he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. you can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people find the right products. customer service like that is hard to find and it really stood out.between the atmosphere, the staff, and how easy the entire experience was, redi has definitely earned a new regular. thank you, nolan and jace, for making my first visit such a great one!
