Redi Dispensary has two recreational cannabis locations in Massachusetts: 24 Elliot St, Newton, MA 02461, just off Boylston Street (Route 9), and 321 Speen St, Natick, MA 01760, in Cloverleaf Plaza near the Natick Mall. Choose Redi Newton or Redi Natick when browsing the online menu so you see the inventory available at your preferred dispensary.
Redi’s Natick and Newton dispensaries are open seven days a week. Both locations are open Monday–Saturday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. On Sundays, Redi Newton is open noon–7 p.m., and Redi Natick is open 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Check your location’s hours before visiting on a holiday or placing a pickup order.
To buy recreational cannabis at Redi in Natick or Newton, you must be 21 or older and bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Our security team checks your ID before you enter the sales floor. Shop in person or choose your Redi location online to browse available cannabis products and order ahead for pickup. Consultations are also available if you would like help navigating the menu.
Redi operates recreational, adult-use dispensaries in Natick and Newton and does not currently offer medical cannabis sales. Medical cannabis patients who are 21 or older are welcome to shop with a valid government-issued photo ID. Purchases are processed as recreational sales and follow Massachusetts adult-use purchase limits and applicable taxes.

Redi does not accept cannabis orders over the phone. Place your order through Redi’s online ordering platform or use an in-store tablet at our Natick or Newton dispensary. Massachusetts adult-use customers can purchase up to 2 ounces of cannabis flower per day, or the combined equivalent in other cannabis products. The equivalent limit is 10 grams of active THC in concentrates, including tinctures, or 1,000 milligrams of THC in edibles. These are alternative equivalents, not separate allowances. At Redi Natick or Newton, our team can explain how a mixed purchase counts toward the same daily limit.
Yes. Out-of-state visitors who are 21 or older can shop at Redi’s recreational dispensaries in Natick and Newton with a valid, accepted government-issued photo ID. Massachusetts residency is not required. Visitors follow the same adult-use purchase limits as residents. Cannabis purchased in Massachusetts must stay within the state, and public consumption is prohibited.
Redi accepts only temporary IDs that meet its identification requirements, including your name, photo, date of birth and expiration date, with no statement that the document is invalid for identification. Redi’s posted policy does not accept Massachusetts temporary IDs and allows qualifying New Hampshire temporary IDs. Before visiting Redi Natick or Newton with a temporary ID, contact your location to confirm that your specific document is accepted.
Yes. Redi accepts valid government-issued military IDs that show your name, photo, date of birth and expiration date. You must be 21 or older to enter or shop at our recreational dispensaries in Natick and Newton. If you have questions about your particular military ID, contact your Redi location before visiting.
No. Everyone entering Redi’s recreational dispensaries in Natick and Newton must be 21 or older. Children and other visitors under 21 cannot enter, even when accompanied by a parent, guardian or another adult. Every visitor must bring a valid, accepted government-issued photo ID for age verification.
Yes. Redi offers an on-site ATM for customers who need cash while shopping at the dispensary. If you are visiting Redi Natick or Redi Newton and need to confirm ATM availability or withdrawal fees, contact your location before your trip.
Redi accepts cash and debit payments at its Natick and Newton dispensaries. Credit cards, Apple Pay and other electronic payment methods are not accepted under Redi’s posted payment policy. Debit purchases carry a $3.50 processing fee. An on-site ATM is available if you prefer to pay with cash. Ask the team to confirm any payment or ATM fees before completing your purchase.
Redi uses an ID scanner to verify identification and age before entry. Information from the ID scan is erased after each scan and is not saved in the scanning system. Online ordering, account registration and VIP Club enrollment involve separate information collection, described in Redi’s Privacy Policy. Ask our Natick or Newton team if you have questions about ID verification.
Shopping at Redi as an adult-use customer does not require enrollment in Massachusetts’ medical cannabis patient registry. That is separate from cannabis inventory tracking and transaction records. We do not share information with law enforcement or government agencies without a warrant. Contact Redi if you have questions about information associated with your visit or online order.
It is the Policy of Redi to round all transactions to the nearest dollar. This decision was driven by the nationwide change shortage. It also helps us increase efficiency in our transactions. Amounts of $0.49 and below are rounded down to the nearest dollar while amounts of $0.50 and above are rounded up to the nearest dollar. If a client does not wish their order to be rounded, they are able to pay the exact amount with change. We are not able to return any coins as we do not store any change in the drawer. Any net positives from rounding will be donated to charity at the end of the month. Thank you for helping Redi provide the best possible service!
Orders placed during business hours must be picked up that same business day at your selected Redi dispensary. Orders submitted after closing or before opening are available during that location’s next open hours. For example, an order placed Thursday at 11:30 p.m. is available when Redi opens Friday. Yes. The Redi VIP Club offers rewards, birthday offers, exclusive product drops and other member benefits. Join through the VIP Club sign-up link on Redi’s website, or download the Redi app for ordering and additional perks. No. You cannot legally take cannabis purchased at Redi across Massachusetts state lines, even when traveling to another state where cannabis is legal. This applies to cannabis flower and cannabis products such as pre-rolls, edibles, vapes and concentrates. Plan to keep your purchase within Massachusetts when visiting our Natick or Newton dispensary.
Redi accepts returns of cannabis products and cannabis accessories that management determines are defective. Bring the item and original receipt to the same Redi location where you purchased it within 30 days of purchase. Approved returns receive store credit or a product exchange. Cash refunds are not available. Contact Redi Natick or Redi Newton before returning a defective item for assistance.
